"Excellent experience! From the first meeting with Lock and the decision to rebuild my 18 year old pond and waterfall, everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. Lock has a great skill for vision and design. Lock was excellent with communication all along the way. I knew almost to the minute when the supplies would be delivered and when Lock and his crew would arrive for the rebuild. I was scheduled on a day that worked for me, which I really appreciated.
