Working with Floor Coverings Int'l NE Atlanta was a pleasure. John responded promptly with my request for a discussion and quote, the proposed quote was comparable (though actually lower) than others I received and I was impressed with the meeting. Consequently, I selected to them to execute the project and made the deposit. Materials were available in a week and we scheduled the installation. Charlie and his crew came in and completed the job in a day. Looks wonderful to me! Jennie came by the next day to verify all went well. All-in-all, highly recommended.

From the start it was a seamless process. Jennie Hong was very patient, kind and super helpful! She was there to assist us in picking out the flooring and carpet and guided us to ensure we were making the right choice. I gave her a budget and she was able to accommodate our needs and made it work to the very end. Her customer service is exceptional and her installers were also very helpful and nice. We would definitely recommend her company to others!

I was pleased from start to finish and beyond! We bought our first house and wanted to replace the carpet in the bedrooms. Jennie came by our house and was able to assess the needs of our family of four with a toddler and large dog, as well as, listened to our preferences. The floor installers were professional, efficient, and friendly. Beyond pleased with the results and Jennie made sure to follow up afterwards with a walk through. Highly recommend!
