"All went smoothly. They did have to come back out and redo the way one pipe was going to another with a coupler as opposed to tape but there was no issue in doing this. One thing I will add is that people need to check with their termite company before doing an encapsulation. This voided our lifetime warranty. State building code (I called our county's office) is supposed to leave 4 inches down from the concrete blocks with encapsulation so they can do a termite inspection to supply a warranty. They did not do this and the termite company wanted this to code to supply a temite warranty. Sundry had to come back out to remove some of the encapsulation and charged us the cost of doing this. The workmanship was good on both the trenching for removing water under the house and the encpaulation. The encapsulation just wasn't to code which cost us an extra $3000."

I hired AFS a year ago to add pier pins below one side of our basement wall and add a custom drain and pump system to the opposite wall. "I hired Shawn and company to clean up 5 acres in Scottsboro. The previous company came in stole my wood and left a disaster that caused flooding and slope damage. Shawn came in at a affordable price, cleared, resloped and planted and in less than a week and made it beautiful. This was a huge job since the previous company used a logging compay to come in and steal the wood. When we caught them it was too late but they left in a hurry and left droped trees and loggs everywhere. We had terrible wash out and property you could not even enjoy. Shawn came in and fixed it and called keeping in touch every day they were working and the men he sent to work were wonderful. Walter and his son were professional and extreamly friendly, I really missed them when they were done. We have hired him for more work. They are wonderful! Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense.
