ONLY REASON FOR 4.5 STAR IS THEY LEFT A LARGE STAIN IN THE ROAD IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE DUE TO HYDROLIC LEAK IN ONE OF THERE MACHINES. {POWER WASHER WILL NOT REMOVE IT}"

"AFS did a great job for us, we had old insulation removed, a drainage system and pump installed, and a crawlspace encapsulation done. John Brandon did the inspection and he did a good job explaining everything and going back and forth with pricing for everything. "Thisbis the second time I have used Shane and he was amazing again. He came out and tried to clear a clog but it ended up being my septic tank was completely full due too roots choking off the tank and the outlet baffle. Shane and his team dug up the tank and field lines and were able to repair the line to a good field line and bypass the half repair that was done years ago. Everything is draining great now!! Great guys who are very personable and do an excellent job!"

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
