"I went through Angi's list to find a pro, and Deer Creek Brush Control & Landscape Services in Douglasville, GA was GREAT! I had an overwhelming project of getting rid of tall weeds & over-growth from the woods which was taking over my backyard!, as well as needing trees trimmed back that was hanging over my house roof. They spent more time than expected but stayed to make sure the job was done right. The nice thing was, they did not charge me more than was quoted! An honest company. Altogether, they got rid of the massive amount of weeds (a 2-step process), trimmed back the trees, and mulched around my house. They also cleaned up all that yard & tree debris too! They left my yard looking good. I highly recommend Deer Creek Brush Control & Landscape for your yard-care too. I have a few AFTER photo's to share. "The service agreement was to cut down a tree and then cut into firewood. Tree was cut down and part of the trunk was cut into huge logs, one of which rolled down and damaged my property WHILE they were there (he didn't tell me)!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will not respond to texts or phone calls. Very unprofessional."

"I contacted Brandon about repairing a roof on my rental property. The roof was old and had areas of tree damage. He was very eager to get started to begin with and things seemed to go smoothly. We discussed replacing the roof and any damaged and rotted areas from the fallen tree. We ended up paying a larger quote than what was originally quoted, but was explained by Brandon as needed expenses. A few months after the completion, my renters called and said the soffit was hanging down from the front corner exposing a hole. After contacting Brandon, he said it wasn’t in the contract (even though it was discussed) but would come look at it and get it repaired. It seems to me if you can add on thousands of dollars to repair needed things, that you could call and ask about a rotted area with no place to attach soffit, instead of leaving soffit hanging a hole for animals to potentially get in. After giving me a date and time, it has yet to be repaired. Multiple calls and text and it’s always one excuse or another, or no response at all. Yet he answers if I call from another number. If you want good, honest, quality service call someone else."

"We were very appreciative of the concern and measurements taken to determine where the extra downspout would be installed. We weren’t given a copy of the proposal. Mr. Allen sent someone out to do the job evidently with the wrong instructions because he put it in the wrong place. When we discovered this I tried calling him and he wouldn’t answer the phone. When he finally called 3 days later he claimed that he never said it should have gone in a different place. I knew this was going to happen. I am paying $275 for a downspout in the wrong place. Not everyone has money growing on trees. Mr. Allen is a dishonest person that we were impressed with and trusted. For two senior citizens who live on a fixed income this whole thing sucks."
