"Amazing!! They found things wrong with our original install....like a return that was just sitting open in the attic sucking in hot installation air. They could have just left it and never said anything...but they didn't. They fixed it...and no extra charge. That's impressive. They also replaced duct work that was too small with larger (which the salesman recommended). The two installers showed up on time, were extremely professional and gave me updates along the way. After the install, the salesman (who was great) called to see if everything was OK. Then a week later they sent out a Quality Control person to check over the entire install.
