Bobby Franklin started the journey with us by providing a detailed contract of all that would be done and at a very fair price and within a timeline that suited our needs. He kept us in the loop about what was going to happen next and when. If we ever had any questions he was only a phone call away. Everyone one of his people (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, finishers) were professional, efficient and courteous. We love our basement! It’s better than we thought it would be!"
