"I have been trying to obtain a refund for work not done from June and July 2025 and have disputed the charge with the bank. I am owed half the monthly cost for June and 100% for July which was charged to my card but service was never performed. I have an acknowledgement email from the merchant a refund was forthcoming dated July 1st but the refund was never issued hence a dispute. "
