Spencer Heating & Air has maintained the AC and heating systems in my home for many years. They've always been top-notch. This past weekend, they sent a technician to my home on a Saturday afternoon, after the upstairs AC system suddenly stopped working. He diagnosed the problem quickly (a failed capacitor) and had the system up and running within an hour. Another great job, and at a fair price!

Spencer Heating and Air did a great job at a great price. The inspection and estimate were very thorough and the crew that did the install was extremely professional. I had also got an estimate through Costco which turned out to be a 1000 dollars more and was really a huge sales pitch.

We have used them for years. They’re always good. They’re punctual and I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I?ve got a couple of houses and they put a system in for me. It was at a rental house that I own. It was around $6,000/$7,000. I would give them a top grade. They were competitive and plus did a heck of a job. They're just great, they?re a great company to do business with.

They've been good.  I've been happy with them.  They come out twice a year. They do exactly what they are supposed to.  They have good service if I need them for an emergency service.  They come out right away. I think their price is average compared to other places. I've used them for years and will continue.  We basically get the same person every year.  He knows my service and equipment.  I just request him all the time. He's always nicely dressed and everything.

Spencer came with three installers the next day and replaced both furnaces in short order and even upgraded one of my thermostats in the quoted price. What made me feel especially comfortable using them: I had used them many years previously to repair on one of the AC units and it's still working to this day. So I got two furnaces replaced, admittedly an expense I wasn't anticipating but they really needed replacing, for an excellent price on time as promised. Spencer were very professional while at our house.

I have a service contract with them so they come once a year to do the service, the price is covered in that contract. I love this company. It is a small family owned business. The people are very knowledgeable and very personable and very willing to work with you. They call on way to make sure that you are home. They just do a really great job to keep things running good. We are really happy with them and we have been with them from couple of years.

Our AC stopped working yesterday afternoon.  As usual, we called Spencer who surprised us by saying they could be at our house the next morning (July 3).  Chris (technician) completed an expert assessment while explaining his methods and what would be needed.  Fortunately, it was an old capacitor that did us in and he replaced it quickly and efficiently.  Although the price is always a little more than we like to pay, the service is always competent, professional, responsive, and efficient.  No complaints at all with Spencer Heating and Air Conditioning - they are the very best!!

Called Spencer when AC quit working in the morning.  They were able to send someone to take a look by that afternoon.  Garrett arrived before the scheduled time and was the utmost in courtesy and professionalism.  He took the time to explain the problem (show why the problem occurred) and to explain some prevention measures to keep the problem from occurring again.  He was a pleasure to work with and a fountain of knowledge on heating and ac.  We always call Spencer when we have a heating/ac issue and they are always very responsive, give a reasonable quote for the service, and stay until the job is completed.  Our AC works again and we couldn't have asked for more.

They conduct their work as promised. They are fast, efficient, courteous and very professional. Chris went out of the way to answer a questions that were outside of his expertise, which was appreciated.

We were very pleased with their service.  The first time they came out they looked at our old system and diagnosed the problem.  Gave us some options, no pressure at all.  They were courteous and professional.  Took time to answer all our questions.  The second time they came out to install the new system.  The service men were on time, took care to cover all our carpet (the unit was in the attic) and cleaned up afterwards.  Explained the new system and offered to return any time if we had questions or problems with it.   Would definitely use them again in the future.

See above. The technician was very professional, clean, and solved the problem. I have used Spencer before and will use them again. They are very nice, they put you on the schedule promptly and the technicians are on time.  Can't get any better than that.

They did a good job. They were on time and cleaned up after when they were done.

The tech got us up and running again for a reasonable amount so that we'd have AC, even though the unit needs to be replaced. I have used them several times and have been very satisfied with the quality of their techs; they will be my first choice for replacing the unit.
