We had so much overgrowth it was unreal, and it looked like it was going to engulf our home. The backyard was never easy to mow, and it always had this small look to it from the design of the development company. It was cluttered looking. See we had shopped around for a while and were not pleased with what we ran into. We put in a search at Home Advisor and they popped up. "They did an excellent job cutting down the trees I needed and it storm the next day and I felt so happy. The scary tree was gone. I just ask the guy to cut a branch and he said he would and didn't. That is my only complaint. But overall I would recommend them and hire again."

"West Tree contacted me through Angi and provided a reasonable quote while already in the area. They completed the work the next day, cut down the trees and limbs as agreed, and charged exactly what they quoted. I was very satisfied with the tree work itself. However, the dozer used during the job left deep track marks in my yard. After I contacted the manager, the crew returned and attempted to level the area, which helped some, but I still had to spend my weekend doing additional repairs. The equipment also damaged the bark on one of my healthy trees. The crew wrapped it with electrical tape but never informed me. I discovered it two days later. In addition, a sprinkler line was broken during the work, and I only found out when I turned the system on. The tree work was good, but I was disappointed by the property damage and lack of communication about it."

Did an extra small stump for me just because he had time, at no extra charge! This guy will do right by you. I'll be telling everyone I know that he the go to guy for stump grinding in this area."
