Mack and all of his crew did the type of work they would do if this were their home. Not only were they a joy to work with but they also took time to take care of the small details that most contractors don't do. They don't just do the job, they do it right. Mack offered many suggestions to us that would make the projects much better and he did them with little or no extra charges. He just wants to do things the best possible way. On our last project they installed my greenhouse and parts were missing from the container when it arrived and they insisted on coming back when the parts arrive to complete the job even though I did not expect them to. I am already planning my next projects for them to come do. They always communicated with me about the times they would be working and they were always on time. They always cleaned up when they were done and they came to ask me if they had any questions or concerns."

He called when he said he would, texted when he was on the way and came when he said he would. They were efficient and professional while being friendly and kind. They did an excellent job getting into a tight spot to load all the pieces. They did a beautiful job cleaning everything up. They came prepared with all the right tools. They hauled everything off with attention to detail. They covered and secured the load so as not to lose anything during transport. I can't recommend The Jones Standard enough. I would not hesitate to use them again and I'm going to tell my friends and neighbors about them. "I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."
