"Something's broken in Just Right Mechanical's process. I called to have someone come look at my 1 year old fridge. Spoke with the answering service leaving all my details. No one called back for 2 days so I called them up and lucky me they were "just getting ready to call me". We arrange a time for Bradley to show up, he diagnoses the problem and says he'll order the part and come back to install it. That was Sept 9. I never heard back so called them on Sept 22 to see what's up. Get the service again, and again, never hear from them. I just called them again (9/25) and told them to tell Bradley to either call me today or lose my number. Crickets, again, so have another firm coming over and I need to pay another diagnosis service charge. Really lousy customer service from Just Right Mechanical. (Note: the other review here looks very similar to my situation but know it's not the same. Crazy that this behavior seems to be typical of them. Who goes onsite to diagnose a problem and never comes back to actually fix it, or even not respond to the customer? BTW, my fridge was also an LG. Maybe they don't know what they're doing with those?)"
