"We shopped around and settled on MVFS because we thought they offered best product. MVFS encapsulated our crawl space plus put in 2 sump pumps/drains. We had it done right before "Debby" and there were some issues due to the amount of rain we got. We called MVFS and they immediately came out and rectified the situation. "Again , KS Home Solutions came thru for me. My 30 year old water heater broke, started leaking from the pressure relief valve! KS came out that afternoon to inspect and assure Mr that I was in no danger of pressure build up or other possible catastrophe. The next afternoon Ken met me at Lowe's and helped me pick out a good replacement (cost effective, good service provider) . They then delivered it that same afternoon removed the old one and installed the new one. Took about 4 hours total (did I mention ** 30 ** years old, over coming all the corroded fittings took most of the time). When they were done they cleaned up everything, moved the old heater and all the cardboard to the curb for pick up. The cost was more than reasonable and we'll worth every penny."
