"Greg came out personally to do the estimate. He was extremely professional and informed us that the quote that he gave us was the firm price to do the entire job and there would be no hidden costs nor would the price go up. Upon receiving our quote, we booked the job about a couple weeks out. Greg came out with his crew on day one of the job and after a quick walk around, they got to work. Greg did not stay as he had other projects to attend to but his crew word quickly and efficiently. Greg stopped by throughout the job to see that everything was going okay. His crew was very professional and kept the work area clean and tidied up at the end of the day. The entire project took 5 1/2 days to complete and what a difference it has made to our house. They enclosed the crawl space with cement board that extended about 1 ft in the ground. When that was finished, they lined the crawl space with 20 mil plastic sheeting and used spray foam to seal the spots between the columns and the cement board. They built and installed 2 access doors so we could easily get into the crawl space if we needed to store anything or make repairs. They also had an electrician come out and install an outlet so they could install a dehumidifier to keep the crawl space nice and dry. Our A/C ducts run under our house and after the job was complete, I have noticed a big difference in the time that my A/C unit runs during the day. I am certain that my electric bill will be significantly lower now that the job is done. I enthusiastically highly recommend Greg and his crew to come out and do any crawl space work that you may need. "We have utilized Beaufort Air Conditioning & Heating since 2011, upon choosing them to install a new complete HVAC unit (attic & outside). Their professionalism, punctuality, and expertise has always been top notch, experiencing no issues throughout the past decade of business with them. Burt’s professionalism was beyond reproach, quickly diagnosing the failed capacitor and fan motor, which he was able to change the capacitor on-site and submitted a parts warranty replacement order for the fan motor. "We have a contract with them for service and maintenance and we've had problems with our heat pump and had it replace and our electrical of the air conditioning and I had it replace, we're not use to heat pump so we came are from the north and now we are in the south so less than ten years only we had to replace twice, they contracted with the builder to do the original installation when the house was being built so we just stuck with them and they came out and they fixed everything and so far everything is good. They came out they had to asses the situation and had to order the part and that took a little while and then they came back out and replace the unit so the were reliable and they came back when they could after the part had to be ordered and so it was satisfactory. They came out timely and they didn't make the repair I guess it's the quality of the equipment. Their customer service is good when yuu call them they respond."

"Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."
