Even when we had an unexpected development, Mr. Sudlow called us and explained what needed to be done, materials were delivered the same day and did not impact the schedule. The crew arrived early and didn't stop until the days work was complete. They were careful with my flower beds and didn't leave any trash or debris behind at the end of the day. "PLEASE READ: Mark was great to work with in the beginning. After I did calculations for some items, Mark became angry and stopped communicating. Before construction could continue, I needed to get an electrician out because there was a real issue. Mark insisted there wasn't. After I insisted and called him out on his lack of communication, he said he was sending over his electrician the next morning. I cancelled plans and stayed home to wait on electrician. I never heard from Mark and he did not respond to texts. I called and he said there was nothing wrong and a new switch was installed. I called an electrician. There was an issue and the new switch was not installed. We also agreed that I would pay for flooring materials on main floor(lvp and underlayment) and Mark would demo and level kitchen and provide transition and baseboard. The floor is sloped in an area and there is a random square board and cuts in wood in more than one area. Mark used my old cheap laminate as a transition board on the stairs. This is not a joke or exaggeration. In addition, Mark did not use the underlayment that I purchased at his recommendation. Mark’s company cut and painted flooring on my gray stained covered porch without putting anything down. I have this on blink video occurring all day. There was paint and dust all over the porch. Mark does not apologize ever. The area had sharp small nails on stairs that were not even worked on. Mark said my request to correct this is ridiculous and said he would not repair slope. I’ve given him every opportunity to repair. I asked for an additional contract so we could let the contract guide us instead. Mark refused to add repairing of slope area and ignores me about underlayment. I asked him not to continue work or send his guys back for other work(He is doing insurance work on bottom floor.) Mark sent his guys twice after this and they just came into the house. I sent them home on Labor Day and texted Mark that I explicitly asked him not to be on the property until we had a signed agreement. His response was they could just work in garage. Update: 9/9/24! Mark is now demanding I take the reviews down or he won’t repair floors. The nightmare continues. He said he is putting a lien on my house. He says I am preventing him from doing the work but that is a complete lie. Read all details above to understand."

"I would not recommend using this company. Our decking on the front entry and back deck were supposed to be replaced. The original wood was over 32 years old. The back deck was totally removed. Then some of the 32-year-old wood was used as support for the front entry deck instead of replacing it. Each of the 5x5x post had one bad corner. Instead of facing it to our woods, every single one faces the visible side. Many of the basic nails needed to hold the boards were missed. These pieces are now badly warped causing tripping. Two pieces have no nails at all and can be removed. The stairs were replaced but they left space before the slab and the posts were leaning and had to be redone again. One of the boards supporting the back desk stairs still has a very bad cuts missing wood and the post at the bottom of the stairs is permanently leaning. Also mounted a desk bracket that pinched our gas line that had to be cut out and replaced. The owner tried to justify all the issues."

Adam responded promptly to our quote request, called to get specs and provided a fair and affordable quote. And importantly he worked us in to his schedule to begin within just a few days. We joined a FaceTime to review the site and specs we wanted as we would not be available to meet him at our RV for start of project. He started project on time and his crew was super efficient while building a high quality 11x18 deck with railing and a gate that looks amazing all in one day even working in the rain on a challenging as well as a small worksite. His crew was careful around our RV and respectful of our property. He shared photos with me over the course of the day to show progress which we really appreciated. While we didn’t get to meet his crew we met him after the project was complete and he is professional and knowledgeable. We would 100% recommend Adam and would use him again!"
