Absolutely great service and product. Workers were top notch. Plans were discussed and drawings presented prior to hiring. Project manager was responsive. New Deck and Roof look great and are exactly as planned.

Everyone at Outback was knowledgeable in the construction, and products used to build our deck and porch. We were provided with many options and able to make the choices we wanted for the project. They were able to handle the underdeck and hardscape work as well! Communication was great and because they made a good plan before starting the project, all of our expectations were met without a bunch of extra costs along the way. If you are as picky as I am, and you want it done right, I would recommend Outback Deck.

The experience with the company was very comfortable and professional. Everyone involved in the project was very knowledgeable and would stop to answer questions that I had. I would highly recommend Outback Deck company to anyone looking to update their deck and/or landscape.

I’ll start off by saying that I probably wouldn’t recommend Outback Deck to anyone personally. The finished product is quite nice, but dealing with the project was subpar. There were a few things that we had stressed for the project from the beginning. Starting with sales, then to someone else at the office who had stepped in for a sick project manager, and then to the project manager himself. Every step I told them what I needed to be done. The PM wasn’t there to communicate what needed to be done the first couple days, leading me to step in many times. Eventually he was around more frequently helping to make sure the project was going as planned. Suffice to say, my having to be so hands on definitely gave me a lot of heartburn and frustration over the whole process. Understandingly it’s my money, but the PM should have been out here more from the start. I should feel like a priority to him. Towards the end, it got better, but at that point a great deal was already done.
