"Marygrove Awning was very responsive to my first inquiry. It was mid November when I first contacted them and we we had a very tight time frame that the new awning cover needed to be installed. Our awning is over the front of our business and is in a historic district. We could not have the old retractable frame removed and replaced with a newer type. Understandably , the company could not guarantee their work on the existing frame. Not having a guarantee concerned me but under the circumstance we had no choice. The day of installation was bitterly cold and windy. Two workers showed up on time and worked steadily in the bitter cold on a piece of equipment (our old awning frame) they previously had very little if any experience with. I was very impressed with how well they worked. It works beautifully 8 months later and we are pleased. I highly recommend MaryGrove Awning. If you have an old retractable frame like ours this firm is able to step up and take care of the situation. The two guys who worked that very cold rainy day on a very old piece of equipment should be very proud of the job they did.

It also covered a wider area up on the side of the hill where our property is which didn't make cutting the grass easy. It was an embarrassing eyesore I hated for years because its sheer size made it impossible to keep up with staining it, and the boards were coming off of it the longer it stayed up. We brought the fence in closer by about 8 feet, so now our side yard is HUGE. We also had a custom double wide gate added for easier access for the riding mower and moving big items, like the sectional, in and out of the house when we someday move. Plus it's vinyl so maintenance will be so much easier. Midtown Home Improvements did an excellent job from start to finish and we will definitely hire them again!"
