Mark came when he said and was a friendly professional. I needed a deadbolt lock reinstalled in my patio gate and I had purchased a replacement, but could make it work. Mark made it work, saving me the expense of a new lock, when he could have told me he had to use one of his.

Mark was professional and courteous. He came out the first time and wasn't able to install the handle set I had ordered for the front door as I didn't have a solid wood door. He waived the service call, and advised me of the correct locks to purchase. When I called him the second time, he promptly came out and installed the handle set and changed out two other locks for me. I would highly recommend him.

Mark was excellent. He came out the same day to re-key the locks for my new house. He also repaired my door handle while he was out and didn't charge me for it. I am very happy and would recommend this company to anyone who needs a good locksmith.

Mark arrived, when he said he would and quickly and professionally changed out the cylinders, in all of our outside doors. He also made us several copies of the keys. Very efficient and professional. I would definitely re-use him, when the need arises.
