When he finally did it the quality was very poor, the finish has roller marks all over it, puddles of the finish in several places that have now yellowed, its looks totally unprofessional. Could have done a much better job just doing it on my own. We were told that the sealant would have shark bite put into it to prevent it from being too slippery, this did not happen. As a result the surface is slick as ice and dangerous. I contacted him about this and asked him to provide a solution and in typical fashion he did not respond. Do yourself a favor and either hire a true professional or do it yourself, complete waste of time and money, currently paying a real company to do the work correctly now; should have done that in the first place."
