"The company arrived on time and got right to work. They had to cut up a section of my back yard to access the septic tank. They explained what they were going to do in advance and apologized for cutting my lawn. But when they were done, you could not even see where they had done it.
They gave feedback on the condition of the tank and tips to prolong its life. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.
