"I waited a few months before posting my review to test the finished product. All I can say is incredible from start to finish to performance! Jordan and Jim are two of the most honest people I have ever met. The estimate process went so smoothly. No pressure, no overselling and scare tactics I had with other large companies. Jordan listened and offered real solutions. In fact they turned out to be over $15K less than the next bidder. Jim who also owns the company and his crew showed up on time. Worked their butts off and explained exactly what and why they were doing certain things.Just another level of transparency. They put in french drains, concrete walls to support the compromised brick ones in the basement. Then two new sump pumps one is a no power required backup, a pump to remove the washing machine water into the sewer line instead of the sump pump. The also wrapped the basement, crawlspace, installed a new crawlspace door. All in two days! The house is so much nicer and dryer. My AC does not run as often, the basement is dry. We used to get water after every rain storm. We have had several heavy downpours and not one single drop of water! I highly recommend them. Fair and honest people!"

Would recommend them for any concrete work and waterproofing you would need done. "Hugo and team just finished a job for us. Waterproofed about 1600 sq ft. Outstanding work. Very knowledgeable and skilled. His team were professional, courteous and cleaned up every night before they left. The only reason I am giving a 4.5 instead of a 5 is due to some response times for questions asked via email or messages. To be fair, this was in the middle of the rainy season and I know they were very busy. Overall, a very fine job."

"We called CGS Waterproofing before COVID struck and had to keep rescheduling our sump pump/waterproofing project but we finally decided on a date, and they came out on our schedule. "AK Waterproofing did an outstanding job on waterproofing my basement. I was having water come in each time it would rain really hard. Jose came out and was very professional and knowledgeable of what it would take to correct the issue I had. The price was reasonable and they had the best warranty out of all the other companies I received a quote from. It didn't take long to make a decision and once I did they were able to get to me the following week. The day of the appointment they arrived on time and went straight to work. Several hours later they were done and wanted me to check things to make sure I was satisfied. 2 days later it stormed really bad for hours and when I went in the basement there wasn't 1 drop of water at all. I couldn't be more happy with AK Waterproofing and I recommend them to anyone who has water issues with their home."
