EverDry Atlanta did everything they said they would do. They arrived on time and finished the job as they described. Luke kept the job moving and Jay kept me informed. They cleaned up afterwards and I am satisfied with their performance. This was simple, easy and pain free for me.

Complete crawlspace encapsulation approx. 1600 sqft. including French drain, sump pump, dehumidifier and mold removal by blasting with baking soda followed by sealing the wood. American Crawlspace Solutions has it's own crews, no subcontractors. Jeremy (one of the owners) arrived on time for the estimate. He was very courteous and answered numerous questions. Based on those answers, along with Angie's List reviews, he was given the job. The crew was on time, courteous, worked hard and left the jobsite clean. Several weeks later there was a small problem with a seam. Jeremy was quick to respond and took care of it personally. Great customer service

We did use American Crawlspace for the repair because the person that fixed it the first time came back to make it right (at his cost). John & Jeremy were amazing to work with. We had spent a lot of money on the repairs and the restoration when the leak happened again. John & Jeremy were so gracious to listen to us and gives us great advice. They would be our first choice if we needed help in this area agai

I first called two of the big players in this area. One came out, talked more than he listened, and did not do a thorough job researching the issue. He already knew the problem, which came with a $5,000 price tag and involved a jack hammer drilling a hole in our basement floor and installing a pump. That was the least expensive alternative to fix what he was sure the problem - the other option was almost $20,000. The other big company made a big deal of both owners being at the home for two hours when their tech came. We rearranged our work schedules to accommodate this request only to have them call and cancel the day before because they just realized they don't service our area. I asked if they serviced our area when I set up the appointment and at the time they did. I called American Crawlspace Solutions who returned my call right away and had a tech out that day. He listened, researched the issue and told me what he was almost certain was the problem. Rather than fixing it right then though, he wanted to be sure and gave me instructions of what to watch for at the next heavy rain. I did this and he was exactly correct. He came back out and in less than an hour had the leak sealed up for $475. We've had two heavy rains since the repair and NO water has come in! Jeremy was professional, honest, and neat in his work. We would definitely recommend them to anyone

Awesome. Called me three times before the service date just to verify, and re verify appointment and then to tell me he was on his way. Punctual! Had me worried for a while because he took so long to a**** the problem but he developed a plan of action, explained my options as he saw it and let me decide how or if to proceed. Immediately signed off on one of the options and the work was performed backed up by a guarantee I feel they would honor. Fortunately for me, the repair has been perfect to date - even with our torrential wet weather that caused the problem to begin with. Awesome job by true professionals. Will definitely hire again for a future project. Was even kind enough to give me some very thoughtful water proof pointers / considerations on another project I am starting this summer

This was unquestionable the best repair experience I have ever had. They were so professional, careful with my carpet, and creative in finding an effective solution. At first they seemed like detectives figuring out why the sub basement was so damp. The solutions really worked.

"I really wanted to have a good review for BDry. The original salesperson was very friendly and helpful, and the team who came out was very respectful and really worked hard. And for starters, the system was finally installed, and my basement is waterproofed. That being said, I will not be recommending them to others. A one day job turned into 3 drawn out weeks between scheduling BDry to come out a second and third time to finish the "one day" job and to repair mistakes and then also having to reschedule our very busy contractor multiple times to work around BDry's schedule. This resulted in several days without pay for my wife and several wasted personal days that I had to take off from teaching. All told, they did not even fix everything when they came out to do repairs as the onsite worker had told me they would. They had ripped up some of our epoxied basement floor with tape (accidentally), but then when I spoke with a representative about it, they essentially said that they didn't deal with small things like that and that it was my problem. Fortunately, we had just had the epoxy done the past year so we could still find it in store. Unfortunately, the stuff only comes in a $117 container. The biggest issues came with the original salesman giving us certain specifications that we had to have met with demo work before they could come and install the system. Those were communicated to our contractor: "Cut the studs one foot up from the wall". We made sure this happened. When they arrived, they said it had to be demo-ed even further and were going to charge me a fee for it, even though we had demo-ed the way they told us. That was sorted out, and we weren't charged the fee. However, they then proceeded to cut halfway up our walls, mutilating the studs and the drywall above it with the precision of elephants. This translated to a lot of extra labor and a bit more in material costs for our contractor. Our contractor then helped put together an estimate for how much more BDry directly cost us, and it amounted to $400. $400 was a good bit more for us to be paying right now, but I thought it would be no problem at all to get BDry to cover that for us, especially since we weren't even factoring in all of my wife's lost wages. They were resolute in not giving me any discount, insisting that I should be satisfied with them "Not charging me the $300 demo fee", which is irrelevant since it was their mistake that they had to demo more in the first place. Overall, while I am very relieved that the basement is finally finished, I am exhausted from this process dragging on and am very displeased with the company's lack of consideration for our time or the extra money they cost us. I will not be considering them in the future, and I will be warning as many others away from them as possible.

"It's hard to provide a single number review for this company. They did the job we needed as expected at the price quoted.... and it appears to have been done well. Now to the other side of the coin. Follow up support has been difficult and now impossible. They provided a LIFETIME rodent warranty with their work. We had issues with rodents in the crawlspace about 1 year later and after repeated attempts to contact them they finally came out and did some work to remedy the situation. Now about 1 year after that, we have rodent issues again. I have tried to get Jim or Jordan to return my calls, emails, texts, and messages left with an answering service for the last 2 months. I have heard nothing back. At this point all I can do is leave a below average review and hope that they will notice and contact me. So as of this writing my advice is... if you are looking for "satisfactory" work with NO guarantee of warranty service after the job is done... then these folks may work for you... BUT... if you expect that warranty issues will be taken care of after the job, then it may be best to avoid this company.
UPDATE: they did contact us, came out and took care of the situation today.... and hopefully we will not have any contact issue in the future.

"Hail damage occurred in March of this year and I contacted Braswell Construction as well as 2 other local roofing companies. Chris Gaugler contacted me asap and came out to the house. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. Photos attached and it really makes a difference.
