"I met with several waterproofing reps but I was impressed with Allens professionalism: he explained what the work entailed, shared a diagram of the area to be covered based on his quote, and even showed me a sample of the poly sheeting to be used. He and his team worked diligently. The only reason I did not give a 5 is that they had to come back and resolve a problem. Stuff happens, but it is how a business recovers that I remember. Vanguard was on point. They did not hesitate to return to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that return trip left me with a large amount of additional dust to clean-up. I would definitely use them again and have already told others about them. It has been about a year and I am enjoying my dry basement.
