I was first introduced to High Priority Plumbing through my home warranty company AHS. After such a great experience, I called on High Priority Plumbing outside of the home warranty to locate a slab leak. Each technician who visited my home was on time, friendly, respectful, and helpful. They offered valuable advice and answered my questions honestly. Furthermore, the service fee was reasonable. I am quite pleased with the excellent service High Priority consistently provided.

It did not go well. One water heater tank was bad and needed replacing and the other was about to go bad. The plumber was able to change the lines so that the one heater would provide hot water until we decided what repairs the warranty company would pay for or whether we wanted to replace the system. In taking the water heater out of the system the plumber had to cut multiple lines and a significant amount of water came out of the lines onto our kitchen and living room ceilings. We now have significant staining on our kitchen and living room ceilings. After the plumber finished I asked him what would be done about the ceilings and he said I would need to talk to his supervisor. So I called the company and was told the supervisor would call, but never heard from him or her. Again I called High Priority and asked to speak with the supervisor and was told the general manager would call. Five days from the day the plumber completed the work, the general manager called me. I explained what happened and he said he would speak with the plumber and call me back. I never received a call back, even though significant work to the water heater system was pending, which could have gone to the company.

It went fantastic. The plumber put off going to the lake to fix our problem on a Saturday because he knew the emergency in it. He was punctual and very nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone I meet.

2 hours after my call Michael was at my door. He confirmed that a replacement was required and quoted me a price. I thought it was quite fair for a last minute repair. Included parts and labor. He did a great job. He showed me all the replaced parts and cleaned up.

It is a very good company. I have been impressed with them. I was very pleased. They were professional. He had to go get a part and I discovered a leak in my garage from my bathroom so I called him and said emergency. The big boss called me and said we are going to send someone right now. It wasn't them but they came and discovered it was not them. For them to take this action and it was not them The boss called and found someone to come at 8pm. They found out it was not them and they still did not charge me extra. I would give them an A+ which is not easy. The toilet was leaking and they discovered a crack and they bought my a new toilet and I only paid the service fee. My sister and neighbor had issues and I recommend them.

My biggest problem is they drilled through a load-bearing floor joist and LEFT the cold water tap line routed through the floor joist at an angle. Keep in mind that we're working with an unfinished basement with full access and they never attempted to correct the issue, which I will now have to get repaired. Additionally, they cut through the back of a wall into another room when removing a section of pipe, which I will also have to repair. Finally, when drilling for the drain pipe they had to re-drill the hole leaving a rather large gap in the floor, luckily it will be covered by a cabinet and not a huge issue. I feel like an idiot for not having supervised and inspected their work more thoroughly. I feel totally taken advantage of because I trusted this company/the plumber because I don't know about plumbing and they were recommended to me. Stupidly I thought no self-respecting plumber would leave their work like that. They were polite/respectful and arrived early. Overall, it was careless, sloppy, and lazy job and I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. Feel cheated and completely disappointed.

It was fantastic. I had used them before for a service contract and I loved using them so much I reached out to them again. there is no difference in service if they are coming out for a company or hiring them directly. It was amazing.

We were referred to High Priority by our home warranty company. I had read negative reviews and was extremely apprehensive. My husband made sure to expressed that our issue was not minor and we wanted an experienced plumber. The plumber who arrived was knowledgeable, speedy, and fixed the issue for less than we were quoted by another plumber. We were happy with their quick fix of our water line and they explained what they were doing step-by-step. We recommend.

They literally peeked around the door into the basement area where the leak was and said I needed a new water heater. When I asked how they knew it needed to be replaced, they responded that if it was leaking it had to be replaced. After consulting with AHS, they said it would cost me $400 to "upgrade" to code, plus the $75 service charge. They installed a new hot water heater and left. 30 minutes later, I went to the basement to check it out and it was again flooded. The problem wasn't the water heater at all. Had they taken the time to actually diagnose the issue, they could have saved everybody time and money. Now I'm out almost $500, the water heater that they charged $400 to bring up to code STILL isn't up to code and now it DOES leak in addition to the air conditioner which is the source of the leak they came out to supposedly fix.
They might be fine when not under the AHS warranty program, but from that side, they seem to just be after as much money as they can get while doing a shoddy job.

The High Priority Plumbing and Services technician named "Dave" was courteous, professional, knowledgable, and did an outstanding job to correct out plumbing issues.
Although this was warranty work, we would absolutely use High Priority Plumbing and Services outside of warranty and will highly recommend them to anyone needing Plumbing Services.

High Priority was sent out by American Home Shield to be a second opinion on a broken toilet handle. This was the second plumber sent out by AHS, but the fourth to actually look at the toilet. Every other company told me that because of the make and age of the toilet, I would have to renovated the bathroom to install a modern day toilet. Each company estimated that this would be 1000's out of pocket since it wasn't covered by AHS. Darryl from High Priority inspected the toilet and determined that the handle could be easily replaced. After ordering the parts, he came pack and installed it in less than thirty minutes. The toilet is now fully functional and the parts and rebuild were covered by AHS so it only cost me 75$ out of pocket.
