I called the company's Rincon location for an emergency spraying and had never done business with them previously. I selected them based on the company reputation.The secretary was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. the technician came out the next day and I was given a 2 hour window for his arrival. He arrived very promptly at the opening of the window and was efficient in getting the job done.
I was given a 2 week guarantee for the service and did not need them to return within that time frame. I have not seen an ant since. The tech noted that the likely source was ant beds in the yard and recommended a treatment to kill the mounds.
The cost of the service was $150 which was very steep for extermination in our downstairs only (approximately 1200 square feet). The cost prevented me from initiating routine services with the company. The secretary also told me that the tech would spray 3 feet out into the yard but there remained clear evidence of antbed activity within that perimeter after the spraying. I bought Andro Ant killer and took care of the mounds myself.
For emergencies, I would definitely use them and trust them.

They usually call a few days in advance and ask us for a good time. I like that a lot because I don't like people to just show up in my house. We had a different provider before but then we chose Yates Astro Termite and Pest because they had a better program that we liked. They were a little bit better price wise than the previous provider.

You could easily call them if you've got any problems with regards to pests or termites inside the house and they would come right out. I would use them again in the future if needed.

10 years ago, they put a termadoor in to combat termites. We have a big problem with that in our area. They have done a yearly inspection since they have put it in. They are very thorough. There was an issue in one spot, and they repaired that. That repair included new window seals and all. They got a licensed carpenter out to do the work. They have been done good work. We haven't had any issues. They do good work, but they are expensive.

They've found stuff, and I've found stuff. They've always taken care of it. I had a very good experience with them. I think the price is reasonable.

They've been more than satisfactory.

I have an annual termite contract with them and they are like an insurance policy towards termites. I will give them B's down the line.

They come out once a year and check for termites, inside and out. If anything may be happening, they will be proactive and nip it in the bud. They also educate me about what is going and what to look for each year. I find that to be very helpful.

We have only had one issue with fleas and they came out a 2nd time to target the problem. For the most part we do not have any issues. They come out every 6 months without needing to set up an appointment.

When we bought the house, they were bonded with our house. They were pretty good. The guy was knowledgeable and this was during the time we were buying the house. It cost us about $75 for the treatment since it was already bonded. I think you create a contract when you buy a house; so that's who we went with. The actual contract is like $400.

They have been satisfactory. It is a monthly service. They have done the job well and I have been satisfied with their work. It costs about $50 a month depending upon the need and also, I tell them if there is a problem. They come out once, twice or more times during the month depending upon the need. The better they are, the less that they have to come. The less that I see them, the better it is as it is a sign that they are doing it right. I found them to be dependable and professional.
