On the day of the appointment, the representative arrived early and ready to conduct business. I was extremely polite and friendly and even provided my dog a treat. He had a new friend after the treats. He immediately got started and even called in to verify if my home was a participant in the termite bond program. I am glad he did that because I was not aware and the call in saved me $100. I was very thankful for the little added service. I was told that if I see any critters between the appointment and the next to call and they would come out, free of charge, and correct the problem. That is what customer service is all about. I would recommend Yates Pest Control to anyone and would use them on a continuous basis.

I've been using them so fine. Their service is excellent. The gentleman calls me ahead of time. He goes out when he said he's gonna go in. He's very good. I didn't have to call them. They call me.

Spray for all bugs.

Annual service inspection for termites.  Always professional and timely service.  Techs are willing to explain and are through.

The pest control technician arrived promptly and without a problem. He explained everything he was going to do and then asked for the payment.  After he was complete, he ensured I had the proper paperwork for the Land Lord to see.

I scheduled initial visit with Yates-Astro for pest control services.
Everyone I spoke to at their office was very helpful. I was quoted a price of $100,00 and
with a  50% off special they had available, the total costs came to $50.00 for the first visit.
(A one year contract of $54.00 for bi-monthly service was also offered at the time of appt.)
Service was scheduled for 09/12/13 at 0830 am. I was called by serviceperson (Robin) to confirm the 
appointment early that morning. Robin showed up on time and begin with a survey of the property.
He answered all my questions and I was given helpful information/suggestions regarding simple
easy ways to be pro-active as a homeowner in pest control issues.
Robin sprayed inside the exterior as well as outside around the perimeter as contracted.
Overall the visit went well and I was impressed by Robin's knowledge (specific to Georgia Pests) 
and his professionalism. 
So far I am very satisfied with the services of Yates-Astro Hinesville. 

The only small problem was the 1st tech that they sent out could not find my house. The customer service seems to be great.

Moved back into my home which had been rented out for several years.I noticed small cockroaches and also spiders inside the home-gross! I tried a store bought product first which did not eliminate all of them.Yates Astro came at exactly the time of the appt., treated the house inside and out and my little problem is GONE. I used them before for years at a different house and they consistently delivered unlike so many other businesses in this area (Hinesville,Ga).

The worker who came to the house was very respectful, even though he was about 20 minutes late. However, upon arrival, he was went to work quickly and was very thorough .  There was an almost immediate reduction in the number of bugs we were seeing. While the cost indicated was an introductory special, the regular rates for the remainder of the year are very reasonable, $52 bi-monthly. The only problem with this company that I have seen is how busy they are. We were unable to schedule an appt. within the recommended time frame for our second treatment due to the high volume of customers they serve. However, all follow-up appts. are no charge until the problem is under control. I am very pleased with this company. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them to anyone needing help with bugs in the deep south.

Subsequent visits have been conducted in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with this company.

The people were real professional and helpful.  When they said they would come out they were there.  We had an ongoing thing where they would come out every 3 months.   If we see any critters in between visits they would come out at no additional cost. I use them, I like them and I recommend them.  Water bugs are prevalent in this area and when we bought the house they were all over the place.  Since we started using these guys we haven't had any problems.

They keep track of when they are supposed to come. They call me before they come. The inspect and do their job well.

They did a nice job.
