He even did some extra flattening of the floor that I did not expect which was a huge help. I also needed him to do some general construction work in one of the bathrooms and not only did he do the work well, he did it with my input. We've worked with people before who insisted their way was the only way but he gave me his ideas and also took what I wanted into consideration which was very considerate and helpful for the final project."
