When the job was done he explained how the new water heater work and what to if help is need it. He also explained and showed me the deficiency of the valves and recomended to be changed. I when ahead and take his recommdation. I took their number from the broken water heater that was installed 23 year ago. If I ever need plumbing service I will call then in a heartbeat."
