One of my customers is a NBA referee for seven years now and is very satisfied with my work and production.

During his over the phone diagnosis, he gave several potential issues that may have been the problem. One being a potential issue on the power company side. With his honest phone diagnosis I was able to contact the power company prior to his on-site diagnosis and the issue was resolved by the power company. Robert followed up as promised and was prepared to keep our on-site appointment if needed.
