Luis came and removed everything and fixed the floor with new tile and the shower stall with all new tile and fixed everything that was done wrong by previous construction. I set up an appointment that same day to look at their flooring samples. This was on Saturday. My floors had to be demoed with laminate and tile. The guys had my floor demoed in 1 day and they will be done today!!! I am beyond happy with their customer service. Dia is the gentleman I dealt with at the store and who came to my house. He worked the project schedule around our needs and stayed in constant contact with us before and during the project. Both the siding and painting crews were excellent.
