"We contracted with TopStar to do siding replacement and painting of the house exterior. Hector, the project manager, was great to work with. He worked the project schedule around our needs and stayed in constant contact with us before and during the project. Both the siding and painting crews were excellent. There were professional, highly skilled, very hard workers, and maintained a clean worksite. We changed scope in the middle of the project (decided to paint the house's brickwork) and they accommodated that change easily. In fact, the whole project went much faster than we had expected. "Jeremy and his tile installer Jose (aka "Chewy") made this challenging job a rewarding experience in more ways than one. The project was to renovate three 1870ish fireplaces. For two of these, we were using a subway tile to emulate a Victorian-era look. The third involved a combination of slate and decorative tiles. Naturally in this old house, nothing is square, level, or plumb. Furthermore, we had a firm deadline to be met. And as so often happens with jobs like this, there were unhappy surprises requiring more work and time by the contractor than was expected. Despite all this, Jeremy and Chewy arranged their schedules (even working on a holiday) and used their creativity to overcome the issues and complete the job by the date Jeremy had committed to. Furthermore, although the project clearly was more time-consuming and complicated than anticipated, Jeremy honorably held to his bid price. The quality of the work was excellent, again particularly so when considering the construction issues this old house threw at the guys. Throughout the process, Jeremy kept us regularly posted and was always very professional and responsive - he uses his smart phone's capabilities to provide near real-time communication. Chewy has been installing tile for over 20 years, and his experience as well as aesthetic sensibility really shows. For our 3rd fireplace, we discovered that the slate tiles were about a quarter-inch larger both length and width than the decorative tiles; that required Chewy cutting the stone tiles to fit - slate is a challenging material to work with but Chewy handled it with ease . Chewy also ensured that the layout of the disparate slate tiles along with decorative tiles was done in the most eye-pleasing fashion. Altogether, the final result is spectacular. On Chewy's phone he keeps a library of past projects which proves that his design and craftmanship skills are nothing short of exceptional. I would not hesitate even one moment to give my highest recommendation to Jeremy and Chewy for any tile installation project. Thanks again, guys!"

"They are the nicest folks. The owner even stopped by to inspect to make sure we were completely satisfied with the results. You just donâ t get that kind of follow up these days. We originally hired them to install porcelain tile in our bathroom. However, they ended up repairing and replacing a bad floor install that we previously paid someone else for. They did so well that we got them to install the flooring in another bathroom that same day. In addition, they helped us with a small paint job for a nominal fee. We felt the overall price was fair and they did an excellent job. They are on my list for the next home improvement idea we have in the future."

"I was in the process of renovating my rental property and needed to change out all the carpets in the entire house due to renter's wear and tear. I knew it would cost alot but was not looking to put out all that money upfront. My sales person Dave Dyer was very professional and was very informative. He was also very determined to help me get the right price for the job. I was approved for the financing option which was very easy and quick. We set up a date to install the carpets and when the crew came to install; they called 30 minutes out to give me the heads up and the installation took about 5 to 6 hrs. They took out all the old carpets in each room, including closets and all living spaces....whew this was a big job and I was very satisfied with the final outcome. I was a bit apprehensive going with a big company due to hidden costs but everything was flat out written out in black and white as well as zero interest financing.
