"On 3-4 November 2025 Chris, Corey and Xzavier encapsulated my crawlspace and set up the dehumidifier for the electrician. Keep in mind, the crawlspace varied from about four feet to two feet. At two feet they were crawling on their bellies. The three arrived at my house on time, Chris explained exactly what was to be done and the three of them completed the job in a most professional manner. I inspected the crawlspace when the job was completed and was amazed at the workmanship that was done. "I have never in my entire life had to write a review like the one I am about to write right now. To begin with we had a concrete slab laid at the beginning of Aug. and all we needed was for it to be leveled. We reached out to Aquaguard and Bill set up a date and time to come out and do an evaluation and a quote. Bill stated that they could level the concrete slab with no problems and gave us a quote of an est. 6k. I know that no one in their right mind would pay 6k for a job that was guaranteed by one of their SHAREHOLDERS (Bill) knowing that there was no guarantee it could be done (which is what their stating now.) We had a deadline to have this job completed which couldn’t be met because it is now Oct. and still ongoing. Jerrod and another employee came out on 2 separate occasions and all we have received from this service is UNLEVELED concrete and EXCESSIVE CRACKS AND WAVES. Weeks later 2 managers came out and could clearly see my disappointment because I was literally in TEARS. They said that some jobs they can’t get leveled completely and that they don’t know why Bill would tell us they could and that that’s stated in their contract. He said he would reach out to the general manager to come to a resolution because at this point my concrete slab is just horrific and still not LEVELED by the least. Literally worst than when they started the work. Week later no resolution. I suffer with congested heart failure which I was diagnosed with last Nov.2024 and this is really beginning to take a toll on me. All I want is a DECENT resolution because this is clearly not the service I was expecting to receive and is clearly unacceptable."

"We initially had high hopes when starting our project with Jacobs and Sons Concrete. Mrs. Jacobs was highly responsive and eager to finalize the agreement, even going so far as to personally collect our deposit the day the contract was signed. Sadly, things quickly went downhill after that. Delays were repeatedly attributed to weather and personal issues, which we initially understood. However, communication soon became non-existent, with emails and phone calls going unanswered. When the agreed-upon deadline was missed, Mrs. Jacobs eventually admitted to the delay and assured us that a refund would be mailed. That promise was made in July 2024. It is now February 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, we have received no refund, only silence. This experience has left us feeling deeply disappointed and misled. Based on our interactions, I cannot recommend Jacobs and Sons Concrete to anyone. A business should be founded on trust and reliability, but this one has proven otherwise."

"Taylor came out and crawled underneath the house in the crawlspace. I told Taylor that I needed to get support from one-side to the other. The floor was sagging on the side where the kitchen and living room is and the other side had a rise to it. Taylor had an outline the house and had drawn (2) 4 by 4 post with (10 times 2) medal post holding each of them up. I told him that I needed 2 more post on the other side of the house and he said that I would have to pay twice as much for two more post. I would also have to pay around $6,000.00 to have dirt removed from the crawlspace. I have not received any pictures of the work that was done either. I'm an disabled woman on an fixed income that has been taken advantage of. I now have a big hump in the middle my floor. Taylor said he doesn't even come out to do an job no less than $5,000.00. Taylor said I'm now going to come up with $11,000.00 more to get the floor fixed, Please be aware of doing business with Taylor and this company. "
