Oconee Roofing

Extremely disappointed with Oconee Athens Roofing. I spent over $14,000 for a new roof and immediately had issues after the installation. Gutters were bent and not reattached to the house, the roof was leaking in the living room, causing damage to the ceiling, walls, wood flooring, and sub-flooring. The roof itself was installed incorrectly with reused, rusty flashing and incorrectly installed. I called and emailed the owner, Parker Shaw, to ask him to come to the house to make the repairs since I had a 7 year parts and labor warranty. It took months before Parker would even respond to my phone calls and emails. He finally emailed back and said he would send a team out to inspect the roof leak and the interior damage to my home. Parker came to my house to inspect the roof and the interior damage to my home, but never followed up with the repairs. I have several estimates from roofing companies, and this will cost me thousands of dollars to repair. I will be suing Parker in court.

Great roof, but it took an Act of Congress to get problems resolved. Bay window roof was SPRAY PAINTED BLACK, gutter covers not put back on properly (all falling off), and nails in the yard. FINALLY had problems resolved - but not impressed with service. No oversight of roofing process, and no one checked the roof after installation (roof replacement). Will not use them again….

Parker Shaw would not repair the damage they did to our gutters while replacing our roof. I emailed and called him several times, but he never came by to replace the bent gutter that his workers damaged. I ended up having to pay $350 out of pocket. Not trustworthy. Do not do business with Oconee Athens roofing.

They did an absolutely amazing job. Showed up on time and cleaned up very well. Joe & Parker walked me through the whole process and were excellent communicators. I am very pleased and would definitely work with them again

Joe and his crews were outstanding to work with. We had some major roof repairs needed when we purchased our new home in Statham Ga. After sorting through hard to deal with contractors a friend recommended Oconee roofing. They went above and beyond and I felt very comfortable with how the entire process went.
