I still complete assignments for lenders however, the majority of my assignments are for private parties. I regularly appraise properties for divorce settlements, pre-listing purposes, estate settlements, bankruptcy proceedings, cash purchases. I have completed many appraisals on lakes, rivers and, mountains. I specialize in "problem" properties and situations. I regularly testify in court. I am a 64 yr old father of 10. Grandfather of 11.
