We just went through the buying and selling of our houses. Anna Wilcox Vaagen was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier. The house we listed sold on the first day. Anna uses a professional photographer to take the pictures and her listings are superior to any others on the Internet. Now about Anna, the person, she is a very dedicated Christian and she won't compromise her values. She was very good at communicating unless it was church time and I'm ok with that. I can't say enough good things and as you can see she's now a FB friend too. She stood by us when we needed her. The last thing is her closing attorney Linda May is the best we have ever dealt with. Linda was efficient, quick, knowledgeable and friendly to all parties. The seller of our house we bought (an investor) commented that it was the best closing he had ever attended. I can tell you that should we ever sell or buy another home, we have our agent and closing attorney. I cannot recommend anyone more than Anna. Sherry Lowe and I want to thank you Anna!
