A residential real estate appraiser in my 31st year of practice.I cover much of NE Metro Atlanta & surrounding counties. I still complete assignments for lenders however, the majority of my assignments are for private parties. I regularly appraise properties for divorce settlements, pre-listing purposes, estate settlements, bankruptcy proceedings, cash purchases.
