His subcontractors to do the tiling and excavation did perfect work done expeditiously. They were no nonsense but very friendly and were frankly, a joy to have around the house. The first time we contacted her and she apologized and stated that she forgot, so we made another appointment. Well, she was a no-show the second time as well. We contacted her and she expressed little to no remorse. She stated that she could come after her customer left. We declined and canceled the entire process with this business. Just imagine, this process is stressful enough, then having the business not even show up is even more stressful. We rearranged our entire day! If she is a no-show before we even start the project, then how can we trust that they will show-up and complete the project. Listen to your gut feeling!!! Run!!"
