6 months after having regrouted the corners of the shower ($1010), it came apart again in one corner. He was very responsive in planning to come out and fix it, but said "by the way, it will take 10min, but I will have to charge you $185 for gas and time." ???

It went so well! Brad was responsive, right away, and we booked him to start the next day! He and his co-worker/son were craftsmen at laying tile. They were professional, knowledgeable. His suggestions were helpful. The final product leaves everyone who sees it saying "Wow". So good. I'll hire him again.
