We base our fees on those two criteria only. We will match any reasonable fee.\n\nContrary to conventional wisdom, the architect's fee represents a very small fraction of the total cost of your housing cost.\n\nThere is also substantial evidence that shows that a good set of architectural plans improves the overall quality of the project and usually results in a lower bid from the contractor.
