They took time (efficiently) to inspect onsite what needed to be done, and finished faster than intended. They even vacuumed up after themselves-above & beyond. I waited a week to see the effects before posting, to be more useful. The improvement in my house's heating and cooling was instant. They came after a long cold streak in Tallahassee (January) and were coming to do two jobs: (1) updating insulation for my 30-year old house with a metal roof and existing insulation and (2) partially-finished garage/office. "The team worked at my house for 2 days.  Day one, the blew insulation in the 10" of insulation in my attic and began installing R19 insulation in the floorboards.
