"I found Mr. Charles on Angies List.  He came out promptly and provided a quote.  We agreed upon a price and he and his crew showed up promptly at agreed time.  He introduced me to his crew and went to work.  I had water damage in my basement office and he replaced the drywall and painted the room.  He patched the paint perfectly and you can not tell there was ever any work done.  I had also recently had a roof repair (leak).  Mr. Charles did a great job and I would use him again and recommend.

We had a bedroom painted and couldn't believe how professional looking the paint job turned out. 
Our painter, Waldo, was on time, courteous, friendly, and all business.  He came fully prepared to prep (tape, equipment, and sanding) and covered everything in the room.  He removed the switch plates and receptacles so the finish would be perfect.  We were so pleased that we contracted for a second room, a bathroom.  As before, Waldo arrived on time and fully prepared.  His work was as perfect as it could be.

"The customer service, job estimate, and pre-job work was very professional. The painters did a good job of covering furniture, flooring, and all associated fixtures. That being said, the actual painting was not as professional as I would have liked. The rep and I identified 18-20 areas during the walk through that needed touching up, some were quite obvious. After almost 3 weeks of no contact, I had to call and remind them about finishing. It was almost 4 weeks from the time the job was finished until the touch-up was completed, excessive to me. If I was there at initial finish, I would have not paid until completely satisfied (my wife paid them and hurriedly gave them excellent marks on their "report card"). Some of the rolled walls were touched up with brushes which was sort of odd to me since you can tell the difference after drying., not so professional. At this point I was done. If I have another painting project I think I will go with someone else as I cannot recommend this company"

"The tile job is excellently done and lovely. It transforms the bathroom and we are very pleased. The plumber did not do so well: he installed the shower fixtures without a necessary washer (he said it was missing, but we found it later in the box). As a result there was a leak that heavily damaged the ceiling of the garage below. After some time repair work was done, although the patch was never painted. The rating is for overall -- but the tile work deserves an A. I would not hesitate to use this company again for tile work ---"

"Painting of the cabinets and walls turned out beautifully, backsplash looked amazing. The ONLY negative thing I have to mention, is that we were left with about 10 black bags filled with the tile and Sheetrock that was removed from our backsplash demo, because he said they had no way of disposing of it. I said no worries, I will put it out with our weekly trash. However, little did I know, our trash company will not pick up any type of construction material. Now I am going to have to find someone and pay to have it removed and hauled away. This is the only reason why I’m giving the one “B”. If you do any type of demo, just make sure that part is taken care of ahead of time so u don’t have extra unexpected charges. Otherwise, Pablo and his crew did a very good job. I would use him again for painting."

"We had them paint the exterior of our home a few years ago and was very pleased.  I called them back to do some interior painting.  They had to fix a lot of nail holes and set the room up so no paint would get on my furniture and antique rug.  We also had some damage to a couple of the walls.  They showed up on time and prepped the room, which took some painstaking time, and the results were perfect.  I would recommend Justin and his team the next time I want more rooms painted."
