He sanded and refinished 1000+ sq ft of hardwood floors, painted much of my house, and completely redid our kitchen by sanding, stripping, repainting, and adding new hardware + doing the backsplash and installing plumbing. He also worked with some other contractors and even dug me out of some holes they left me in so I could move my family into the new home on time.
