"They were very professional, arrived on time, looked around and did an estimate. However, the quote was almost comical. This is a standard ~2000 sq ft house on maybe 1/4 of an acre. They wanted a $400 initial clean-up and a $400/month maintenance contract for once or twice a month regular lawn maintenance. No amount of "quality work" stacks up to such an absurd monthly cost.
