"Runto was very responsive and willing to work with my schedule. Part way through my install the installer had to go to home depot to get more supplies which delayed the completion of my project about 1 hour. He did it in order to secure that my mount was as strong as possible and even though I was annoyed with the delay, I ultimately appreciate him wanting my mount to be as strong as possible. The studs in my wall are somewhat screwed up, so he couldn't have foreseen this ahead of time."

"Excellent experience, the guys installled my tv mount w/o any difficulities. They were patient after it was determined I needed a S- Vedio cable from Radio Shack. Once the installation was completed, they left. I then had to call them back, to install the tv speakers. I guess they thought the TV came w/o speakers or didn't see the speakers in the box. For the most part they connected everything except bose speaker amp. It was just plugged into the wall outlet. I did have to ask them to connect the DVD player. Overall, it was a good experience."
