"They were prompt and on time, but their work quality was a little disappointing. I had them install a TV mount and run some power and HDMI cabling. They didn't fasten the power cabling to the rafters in my attic; they just sloppily ran it through. I had to go into the attic and nail in fasteners myself They ran some HDMI cabling as well and were likewise sloppy. They used a straight through wall plate rather than purchasing and using a HDMI wall plate; I went to Home Depot, purchased the plate for $10 and installed it myself. Their work is decent but they just seem to cut too many corners for the price they charged."

He did it in order to secure that my mount was as strong as possible and even though I was annoyed with the delay, I ultimately appreciate him wanting my mount to be as strong as possible. The studs in my wall are somewhat screwed up, so he couldn't have foreseen this ahead of time."
