Gutter Guards gave me a proposal to do the work, but they never followed-up to set an installation date (even after I called them multiple times). I would NOT recommend Gutter Guard.

Bad customer service regarding a defective product. And the expertise wasn't all that great. If they had let me know that I didn't have a drip edge, then I would have continued to have water damage which damaged my facial boards. I didn't have that much damage to my facial boards prior to them putting in the gutter guards. And after they put in the gutter guards is when the fascia damage came into play. So then they wanted to blame it on me not having a drip edge for the roof and for the type of gutter guards that I had, but that should have been shared from day one.

I'm giving a 4.5 only because I just had GGA install valor gutter guards. It's October and leaves and debris will be problematic soon and I need to see them in action under a heavey downpour to give 5.0 stars. Other than that, I got four quotes. The sales professional was the most through. The price was on point for the quality of gutter guards. I got the "Valor gutter guards". After doing my due dilligence I believe these to be superior gutter guards. Obviously time will tell. Install team was great, on time and efficient. My only complaint is a small one, they unstrapped one of my upper downspouts that dumps into my lower first floor gutters in order to get the gutter guard fitted in place. But forgot to either install a longer strap, move the strap further up the downspout. Anyway it is just hanging out undone.

They were on time and did outstanding work and finished everything in a couple of hours even though a major thunderstorm moved through the area during the install. Gutters cleaned and guards installed with no leaks even after another thunderstorm later in the day.

I was very happy with our representative Manny, he explained the process to us in great detail. Since we are a Community Center we needed help in repairing our gutters. We are extremely busy during this time of year so we needed a professional company that we could depend on t do the job correctly. Manny was very knowledgeable and took time to explain every step to us. In other words, I didn't feel like this was gutters for dummies.
