1.Not trustworthy 2.Unprofessional. He rushed and did the job for $1750 and felt he wouldnt do that to anyone else. If he did what he said he would I would have given him praise but he didnt.

The company owner is onsite every day of the job directing the work and doing the work. He has a genuine passion for making your yard look like you want it. They are flexible and communicate what's happening. My front lawn looks outstanding!! Thanks guys!

The lawn mowing was very good. I did have one of the bedding plants damaged during the trimming of shrubs. I have them scheduled to return next week.

Mr. Palmer followed up on my inquiry by phoning me which prompted me to have the estimate. If he hadn't phoned, I probably would have let the inquiry slide and not had the work done at this time. He is personable, and good to his word. He did what I asked him to do and did it well. There were some places I thought he would do that were not done but I probably should have specified. All in all it was excellent service and a good job.
