He was always on time and worked diligently to finish my project in a timely manner which was very important to me as I needed a large concrete slab, 19'x26' poured before my metal building arrived. The slab was a complicated job as it needed to have a six inch wide drip ledge all the way around the perimeter. I worked in concrete many years ago and have very detail oriented expectations of how I expected this job to be done. Benny and his crew far exceeded even my expectations. "Jason and his crew did a great job at a reasonable price. When I bought our vacation home the property had several outbuildings, one was a 4 car garage with a rough dirt floor. Jason brought his machinery in to lower and level floor. The guys poured 4" of 5000 PSI concrete by hand as cement truck could not access Floor. Additionally, they added a concrete stoop to exterior access door that I had forgotten to add to their estimate, no charge. They showed up on time and completed the job on schedule. Great job!! I wish all my hired workmen were as good as these guys."

"We hired The American Dream Team to install 2,200 sq ft of sod and remove a tree. Despite several scheduling delays (they started on April 26 instead of the 24th and wrapped up May 1), their communication was prompt and professional although there were issues with them arriving several hours after the expected time. They negotiated price and scope transparently, showed expertise in prep and installation, and delivered a very nice final result. The sod is still settling, but we’re optimistic. Overall, four stars for quality work and great communication, despite some significant timeline hiccups."
