"I have a construction background but was unfamiliar with encapsulation as I just moved to Georgia. After extensive review of the encapsulation systems that were available in the area, and the price difference, I concluded the Crawl Space Doctor was a good fit. "They installed my new units with no problems. The owner came out to supervise the install which I appreciated as he had been the one I had dealt with to arrange everything. He pointed out that I had very little insulation in the attic and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very thorough in explaining things and answering all my questions. The owner and another employee came out a couple days later to put in the insulation. A couple weeks later I woke up to a very cold house. I contacted the owner to find out what was wrong and let him know that the unit would only run for a couple minutes at a time before shutting off, even if it wasn't at the correct temp. They came back out right away, and diagnosed and fixed the problem at no additional charge.
I rated them as 'Good' on professionalism because of one employee who I thought was a bit rude, tacky and unprofessional. Other than him, the owner and the rest of the staff were very pleasant to deal with."

We started out without insulation in the den area because it is a vaulted ceiling but he was able to work all the way down to the outside wall and put insulation into the difficult areas no one wanted to work on.
