"I have a construction background but was unfamiliar with encapsulation as I just moved to Georgia. After extensive review of the encapsulation systems that were available in the area, and the price difference, I concluded the Crawl Space Doctor was a good fit. The main reason I chose the Crawl Space Doctor was because of their system. The other system was double the cost of the Crawl Space Doctor, so I carefully reviewed the difference and felt I would be getting equal benefits. I selected a 90 mil film for my project. Greg was very prompt and articulate in explaining his system and how his team would complete the work. Greg and his team did excellent work. They took out all of the debris under the house, informed me of a few problems they detected and repaired, then went to work putting the encapsulation system in place. They were very efficient. The crawlspace is doing exactly what I expected. The benefits of the Crawl Space Doctor's system are these: I am breathing better air quality. I am noticing a difference in the temperature of the house with reduced cooling costs, and expect the same on my heating costs. My insulation and floor joists are no longer moist and susceptible to mold. My heating and cooling ductwork will last longer with the humidity gone from the area. The dehumidifiers Greg put in do not run continuously, they will cycle off once the humidity desired point is reached. My hardwood flooring will not buckle in the future due to excessive humidity. My vents are now permanently sealed so rodents can't come into the house in the winter. I have peace of mind knowing my home is more protected with an encapsulation. It is a no brainer product in that it is a good investment all around. I would highly recommend Greg and his team at the Crawl Space Doctor. "Brandon did a great job. Showed up when he said he would. Explainded the 2 types of foaming processes. Covered all the exposed areas (windows doors and floor). Did a good cover application, went back and cover light spots. Then cleaned up the area. Great job and good price. Would use him again if i would have the need"

"They installed my new units with no problems. The owner came out to supervise the install which I appreciated as he had been the one I had dealt with to arrange everything. He pointed out that I had very little insulation in the attic and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very thorough in explaining things and answering all my questions. The owner and another employee came out a couple days later to put in the insulation. A couple weeks later I woke up to a very cold house. I contacted the owner to find out what was wrong and let him know that the unit would only run for a couple minutes at a time before shutting off, even if it wasn't at the correct temp. They came back out right away, and diagnosed and fixed the problem at no additional charge.
I rated them as 'Good' on professionalism because of one employee who I thought was a bit rude, tacky and unprofessional. Other than him, the owner and the rest of the staff were very pleasant to deal with."

"He was great. He was able to put insulation into areas that 3 other companies stated they could not do because of the angles of our roof. We started out without insulation in the den area because it is a vaulted ceiling but he was able to work all the way down to the outside wall and put insulation into the difficult areas no one wanted to work on. I would highly recommend him to work on your home if you have difficult areas and need some relief"
