"It took 2 weeks before I was able to use my shower due to the shower leaking out the door. I notified the company and they sent out a supervisor, then it was a week from that visit that I was notified that someone was coming.to fix the leak, it took 2 weeks to resolve the issue. The contractor miss measured for my shower door and then had to cut 2 holes in my wall to place studs so he could attach the door correctly. He replaced the dry wall and applied the mud but never finished it. Also the trim work around the shower was poorly done. I am a 74 yr old widow and had to have someone else come and finish the wall and redo the trim"

A defect was discovered in one of the panels so another was brought to the jobsite, eventhough we are over an hour from Chattanooga. They kept us informed of time required to finish and cleaned up after themselves. Including wet mopping the floors. Would highly recommend. Hoping to replace a bathtub in the future; we will call West Shore Home. I also want to thank Jon Pedersen for taking his time with us deciding what we wanted for a shower. "I was really tickled when the Limitless team took extra time and trouble to implement some special touches I requested during our tub-to-shower reno. Specifically, Ryan and Dawson salvaged and chipped away at a few tiles from the demo'd 1955 tub wall. They used these inside the shampoo niche to tie the new shower in with the rest of the retro-cool seafoam green tile that we love and chose to keep in place. Ryan also used his skills and tools to replace my ceramic TP holder with one I had bought overseas. And when I realized I didn't love the trendy rainfall shower head, they swapped it out. There were a few minor mix-ups/mistakes along the way. But most were fixed with no problem. And I was very pleased with the finished work! Everyone I worked with (Christina, Lance, Jeremiah, Ryan & crew) was very professional, and accessible....great communication! The total cost still seemed expensive to me. But I don't have much experience with home renovation to compare."

"We have used Dayco as our heating and air service for over 12 years. We renew a service contract with them each year for our three heating/air units, so they get the units ready for summer and winter and check things out twice a year. The original owner, Dean, used to service our units personally. Now he has merged with another company. He is still overseeing everyone, but rarely makes the visits to the houses, from what I hear. We loved Dean's personal service and vast knowledge, combined with his fair prices, and honest assessments. I am happy to report that the younger man who came out for the company in May was also knowledgeable, honest, and fair, although not as warm and kind as Dean. We had to have a service call at the beginning of the really hot weather, and he could have convinced us that it was time for a new unit, as one of ours is pretty old. Instead, he laid out our options, explaining the pros and cons of just refilling the freon, replacing more expensive parts, waiting to purchase a new unit, making smaller temporary repairs, or buying a new unit. He admitted that without going inside and doing the more expensive repair or replacement, we could end up losing the money we were putting into freon, but he didn't try to push us in either direction. It is clear that we will need a new unit in the near future, but things have been very cool since he left. It's refreshing to have a company really try to help you save money. That earns our trust and respect, and we know they will be the ones to install our new units, as needed.

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."
