Joe took time to explain the entire process as well as options for transforming my bathtub to a shower stall. His wife, Tee even came by to show me some samples of the panels I was interested in. It helped to see them in the bathroom in order to get a better idea of the finished look. Dave, the installer, took pride in his work and made sure that everything was installed to my liking. He consulted with me on the grab bar and shelves to make sure I was happy with the placement. He also took time to answer my questions and provide explanations that made sense. I was highly impressed with how clean he kept the project by putting drop cloths through my house and cleaning up each day before leaving. I am VERY happy with my new shower stall and am amazed at how the panels make the shower look like tile instead!!! "It took 2 weeks before I was able to use my shower due to the shower leaking out the door. I notified the company and they sent out a supervisor, then it was a week from that visit that I was notified that someone was coming.to fix the leak, it took 2 weeks to resolve the issue. The contractor miss measured for my shower door and then had to cut 2 holes in my wall to place studs so he could attach the door correctly. He replaced the dry wall and applied the mud but never finished it. Also the trim work around the shower was poorly done. I am a 74 yr old widow and had to have someone else come and finish the wall and redo the trim"

"I was really tickled when the Limitless team took extra time and trouble to implement some special touches I requested during our tub-to-shower reno. Specifically, Ryan and Dawson salvaged and chipped away at a few tiles from the demo'd 1955 tub wall. They used these inside the shampoo niche to tie the new shower in with the rest of the retro-cool seafoam green tile that we love and chose to keep in place. Ryan also used his skills and tools to replace my ceramic TP holder with one I had bought overseas. And when I realized I didn't love the trendy rainfall shower head, they swapped it out. There were a few minor mix-ups/mistakes along the way. But most were fixed with no problem. And I was very pleased with the finished work! Everyone I worked with (Christina, Lance, Jeremiah, Ryan & crew) was very professional, and accessible....great communication! The total cost still seemed expensive to me. But I don't have much experience with home renovation to compare."

Dean presented the basic solution (similar in scope and price to the three other proposals that I obtained) and offered a couple of upgrades based on his experiences with homes of similar age and construction. The others offered upgrades that would have required the furnace to be replaced also (for thousands more). Instead of the basic 2 ton, 14 SEER unit everyone offers, I went with a 2.5 ton, 16 SEER unit, for only a few hundred more. The two installers worked as a team.
