"Had water damage to hardwood Floor, used Angies List to locate floor contractor, had 3 quotes. Mike Flaker seemed to be the most knowledgable and his price was fair. Work quality was excellent, he did a great job matching stain to the existing floor. Highly recommend him for any of your floor needs!"

"These workers are no strangers to hard work. They performed this job under freezing temperatures and in a confined and dark area of my basement. They went to extra extremes and additional work to keep from tearing up my yard. The clean-up was outstanding. If you have a serious water problem in your basement, this is the company you want. Very thorough and detailed with expert knowledge. Simply explain your problem to them and sit back and relax knowing you can expect the best.

"Not good. The water leaks had caused black mold that had to be repaired. When repairs were completed 3 months later, the valves still leaked from the stem when turned on. It was past 60 days so I had to pay another $100 service fee to have the water leaks fixed. He tightened the packing and quoted $350 to replace the valves. Sheesh."
